About P&P
How it Started
Pirates and Plunder essentially started out of spite. Us two creators wanted to play a game of D&D, but set in the world of One Piece. There were a few absolute things we were looking for when browsing the web trying to find a niche to fill our desire: No spells, and it should have custom devil fruits. Although there were a handful of options out there, none of them fit the criteria, but more importantly, none of them felt like a One Piece TTRPG, more so a game of D&D with a little added flare. So to fill that hole and bridge the gap of One Piece enjoyers and tabletop game players, we started work on Pirates and Plunder (originally called Pirates and Plunderers) in July of 2024. Since then, we have made three iterations of the game, with the third one being the one we are proud to present and publish for everyone to enjoy.
We want YOU!
For such a massive undertaking, there are bound to be a couple of, well, flaws. The number one most important thing for fixing those flaws to have this truly be the best One Piece TTPRG is you and your community feedback. We always love to hear from anyone and everyone regarding the state of Pirates and Plunder. Once word starts getting out, we will open up a community chat for people looking to speak their mind, find games, or simply talk with others that share interests. We will only get there with your support, though. If you like this project of ours, feel free to tell others, or even donate if you feel gracious enough. We know how pirates are about their money!
