Tontatta
Tontattas are the smallest race of people in the world. They are to Humans what Humans are to Giants in terms of size, and are recognisable by their distinctive pointed nose. Despite their small stature, they are still mighty and even stronger in numbers. The majority of all Tontatta come from the Green Bit in the Tontatta Kingdom of Dressrosa, with those coming from Green Bit having large puffy tails. They are very easily fooled by others trying to manipulate them for their abilities, as they are a naturally trusting people.
Features
Average Height and Age: 3 to 8 inches tall (tiny size) and live for a maximum of 100 years
Movement Speed: 45 feet walking speed
Stat Buffs: A +1 in both Dexterity and Charisma or a +2 in either
Abilities
[1] Short and Sweet
Creatures have advantage on all Charisma checks against you, but your quick and nimble nature means that your initial AC calculation uses 2 times your Dexterity. For example, if you had a +2 to Dex, instead of 12 initial AC, you would have 14.
[5] Elusive
If you take all of your available movement to cover new squares, then you gain a bonus to your AC equal to your Dexterity mod plus your Proficiency bonus. The bonus goes away at the start of you next turn. If your movement is more than 45 feet, then you only have to take 45 feet of movement to get this buff, not your full. However if you take 45 more feet of movement, then any creature attempting to hit you has disadvantage.
[7] Unifying Force
Every allied creature (to a maximum of 5) within a 15 foot radius of you gains a +3 to Strength and Constitution scores, +25 Temp HP, and advantage on enemies that are within your inspiring radius. The first two effects stack on allied creatures every turn they stay in your radius, and they linger for an additional turn once they leave it. You gain a +2 to Dex for every allied creature in your radius and an additional 1d10 bonus to melee attacks. If two or more Tontattas have this active at once, the allied creatures only gain the effect once.
One might look at a Tontatta and believe that they are weak because of their small size, but quite the contrary, they are slightly stronger and a lot quicker than the average Human. Even with their increased stregth, they are not quick to fight, being a very kind and passive group of people.
